C. Barry Dabbs, M.D., F.A.C.S.

Dr. Dabbs is a graduate of the University of Alabama School of Medicine and completed his residency in ophthalmology at the University of Alabama Eye Foundation Hospital in Birmingham, Alabama in 1996. He is board certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology and is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons. Dr. Dabbs is a member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology and Past President of the Alabama Academy of Ophthalmology. Dr. Dabbs has practiced in Gadsden for over 20 years. In 2001 Dr. Dabbs and Dr. Tony Catanzaro founded the Northeast Alabama Eye Surgery Center in Gadsden.

Dr. Dabbs specializes in no-stitch cataract surgery, Lensx cataract surgery, Premium inter-ocular lenses, micro invasive glaucoma surgery, eyelid surgery, treatment of eye diseases such as glaucoma, diabetes, and macular degeneration and Cosmetic Botox treatments. Dr. Dabbs is a devoted husband and father of four amazing children.
